Denton County, Texas (2012)

Our client was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence. Our client was accused by ex-girlfriend of assault, specifically she alleged that our client punched her multiple times in the face and dragged her across the floor by her hair. We took this case to trial and presented evidence to the jury of the inconsistencies in the ex-girlfriend's testimony. Our client was found NOT GUILTY!
