Our client was arrested and charged with Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.  Our client was accused by his biological daughter of sexual abuse over a period of time. If convicted, this charge carries a minimum of 25 years in prison. We took this case to trial and presented evidence to the jury of the inconsistencies in the daughter's statements. Our client was found NOT GUILTY!
