Tarrant County, TX (2015)

Client was placed on 5 years deferred community supervision (deferred probation) for Indecency with a Child (by Exposure). The probation officer attempted to revoke our client's probation by filing a motion to proceed with adjudication of guilt (motion to revoke). The probation officer alleged several patently false violations. We had a contested hearing before the court. The judge agreed with us and did not revoke our client's probation.
