Dallas County, TX (2017)

Client was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).  Client was accused of driving while having a blood alcohol concentration of .34, which is more than 4 times the legal limit. Client also caused an accident. Client had to be removed from his car with the jaws of life.  We had a trial before the court, the judge found our client NOT GUILTY!
